With 25 years in the social sector, Kearney brings expertise and a commitment to outcome-oriented investing. Kearney is an avid connector of people and ideas with experience that spans health, education, workforce and
youth development, across small, mid- and large-scale organizations. Her passion for optimizing impact comes from her deep experience as a nonprofit leader at nationally recognized organizations such as the National Academy Foundation (NAF), Johns Hopkins Medicine and New York University. Her commitment to helping individuals, families, and organizations harness the power of engaged philanthropy centers on leveraging research, data and insights from the field to ensure these investments are made meaningfully. She provides a concierge-style service that is customized to the donor, and not a set of boxes to check.

Kearney is known for being both strategic and tactical. A true listener and someone known for translating ideas into action, she is results-oriented with a track record of executing against goals and deliverables. A 21/64 Certified Advisor, she has demonstrated expertise in non-profit administration, philanthropic planning, donor relations, board management, and organizational development. She is a member of P150, a collaborative of the world's leading philanthropic advisors, and an expert advisor to The Juggl, a women's professional development platform. Kearney serves on the Dean's Council of Weill Cornell Medicine and
as Vice President of the Green Vale School Board of Trustees.
